SquadStack.ai is hiring an AI Success Associate (Prompt Engineer) to help build and improve AI-powered voice agents. In this role, you will design conversational workflows, create effective prompts for Large Language Models (LLMs), test AI performance, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver better customer experiences. Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, Linguistics, Product Design, or a related field.
• 0–2 years of experience in AI, Prompt Engineering, Conversational AI, or similar projects.
• Understanding of LLM concepts such as few-shot prompting, zero-shot prompting, role prompting, and persona design.
• Basic proficiency in Python for scripting, API integration, or data analysis.
• Working knowledge of SQL for querying and analyzing data.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Hindi.
• Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into conversational AI solutions.
• Self-motivated mindset with strong ownership and problem-solving skills.
• Interest in AI, voice technology, chatbots, and conversational user experiences.
• Experience working with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or similar platforms is preferred.
